The Process

As any seasoned veteran of the wedding industry will know — your wedding day, or, 'the happiest day of your life’, is not just about one day at all. As much as we at Madeline Eleanor + Co. absolutely adore the rush of getting-ready on your Big Day — from the seemingly endless bubbly, to that final mist of setting spray and swipe of lipstick, the most important part to our artists is ensuring that you feel gorgeous and tended to from the day you reach out, to the moment we depart your venue.

To us, having an artist who understands the importance of looking and feeling your best, while also providing you with the knowledge and guidance necessary to find a flawless, timeless look that you will love for years to come as you look back on your photos, is integral to your wedding experience. As a global artist, Madeline truly understands the extra something-special about bringing in an artist whose style truly matches that of your own. You can trust that you and yours are in the best of hands.

What kind of products do you carry in your kit?

As working New York City based artists, Madeline Eleanor and her associates all maintain professional quality kits, stocked with top-tier cosmetics, skin care, and hair products. Some brands included are Tom Ford, La Mer, Dior, Bobbi Brown, NARS, and Kevin Murphy.

How can we book our day in madeline's schedule?

As Madeline Eleanor + Co. receives hundreds of inquiries throughout the year, our team does our very best to only take on weddings that we feel we are the best fit for both professionally and personally. In order to see if we are the right team for you, please feel free to send in an inquiry form with as much detail about your event as possible, and we will reach back out to chat more.

Should you and our team move forward to secure your day, you will receive a link to your personalized platform on Honeybook, where you can sign our contract and make your 50% retainer payment. Once these tasks are complete, your day is officially "booked" in our schedule, and we can get to planning!

When should i book a preview appointment?

Also referred to as a "trial" appointment; Booking on a preview is an integral way to make sure that you absolutely love your look on the day of your wedding, and is required as part of booking services with our team.

While many of our brides book up to a year before their wedding day, Madeline does not recommend scheduling trial appointments until you are at least three months out from the big day, in order to ensure all skin and hair coloring is most similar, and all accessories are on-hand.

Do you do airbrush?

TLDR; We do not; Our artists firmly believe that less-is-more when it comes to skin, and prefer classic application methods, as you can more intimately control product, and keep skin looking fresh and light while covering any imperfections. With the right techniques, we are able to achieve the same staying power that comes with airbrush, without the application heaviness and health hazards associated.
